We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
Warranty disclaimer
Upon completion of any contractual service agreement, you, the client, will have access to a 1-year service warranty claim for services rendered by us [Grafted-In Electrical Solutions] and we will repair and/or resolve the issue free of charge within specified 1-year warranty time frame from the start of the first contact for said contractual service agreement. If, for any reason during the warranty work, we cannot fix or resolve an issue with any parts installed and/or repaired that were intended for the said contractual service agreed project, we will replace the product at no cost to the client and also cover any shipping fees for any product that is repaired or replaced by a third party.
You agree to indemnify and hold “Grafted-In Enterprises” and "Grafted-In Electrical Solutions" harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall “Grafted-In Enterprises” and "Grafted-In Electrical Solutions", be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
